Project Brief
Design and make a set of thoughtful and elegant coasters to be given as gifts. The coasters should primarily be made from oak, but should also experiment with another material.

Hand-crafted oak and resin coasters designed as part of a personal project experimenting with new materials and processes.

After improving upon the process and final outcome, I produced a batch of 50 coasters using scap hardwoods to be sold at the University of Dundee Art and Design Degree Show 2026, and took custom orders from clients.
